Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for permanent Accounting & Finance positions. This includes recruiting new candidates, prospecting for new job orders/requisitions, and utilizing job boards, social networking, and referrals to identify top-talent.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. Previous accounting recruiting experience or accounting experience is also required. Additionally, you must have high energy and motivation, superb negotiation capabilities, strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent customer service demeanor, and detail-oriented ability to follow through.
