Our client is a financial services firm. They seek an RFP/DDQ Proposal Writer to join their Manhattan, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Draft compelling responses for assigned proposals, tailoring content to the client
- Assess and edit proposal responses for consistency and compliance
- Liaise with business development, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders
- Solicit feedback from experts and stakeholders to refine and enhance proposal drafts
- Work with the Marketing team to ensure brand consistency through proposal development
- Contribute to a comprehensive content library to streamline future proposal efforts
- Gather necessary materials from stakeholders to assist with client calls
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience managing complex RFP responses
- Able to work independently with strong initiative
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in RFP software, preferably Responsive/RFPio
