Abacus MSP is seeking an experienced Level II Technician to join our growing team. As a Level II Technician, your role will be delivering top-tier customer service and support, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring our clients’ systems run smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to your tickets and submit all time in ConnectWise – promptly and efficiently.
- Provide Level II support (remote and onsite) including:
- Trouble shooting, diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to workstations, servers, and networks.
- Installing, configuring and maintaining hardware and software.
- Project Implementation: Assist in the planning, execution, implementation and documentation of IT projects.
- Support endpoint devices including laptops, desktops, and printers, and resolve a variety of hardware/software issues.
- Work closely with senior engineers, and leadership to resolve complex IT challenges
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for knowledge sharing within the team in IT Glue.
- Mentor and guide junior IT staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in an MSP environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong familiarity with Kaseya/DATTO RMM, and other MSP tools
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity Tools (endpoint protections, DR solutions, MFA, firewalls)
- Experience with Cloud Services
- Great time management skills is a requirement. Tech needs to have the ability to manage multiple priorities in our fast-paced MSP environment while working both independently and as part of our team.

Pay: $28.85 - $31.24 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
