Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide additional support as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Utilize computer systems to document interactions and track customer requests efficiently.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while engaging with customers, ensuring a positive experience.
• Assist in training new team members on customer service best practices as necessary.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer support or client services is preferred but not required.
• Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions.
• Proficient in outbound calling techniques and maintaining professionalism during calls.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our capacity to serve diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with office environments and standard office equipment is beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
• Strong computer skills with the capability to learn new software quickly.
