Help desk center for the existing Centralize background check portal that was rolled out last June 1,2023. * Provides answers to clients by identifying problems, * researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps. * essentially, a blend of technical knowledge and soft skills to efficiently diagnose and resolve user problems. * strong technical proficiency in computer systems and troubleshooting, * excellent customer service skills, * effective communication abilities, * problem-solving aptitude, * attention to detail, * the ability to multitask, * and familiarity with ticketing systems, * all while demonstrating patience and empathy when interacting with users facing technical issues * Spanish speaking (bilingual)
