The Corporate Special Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing high-profile executive meetings and events. The primary focus will be on creating exceptional meeting experiences for the company's leaders, ensuring that all events are managed with excellence and run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Event Planning and Coordination : Plan, organize, and execute leadership meetings and special events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation arrangements.
- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all event requirements are met, including coordinating with executive assistants, vendors, and service providers.
- Budget Management : Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Logistics Management : Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including scheduling, equipment setup, and on-site coordination.
- Design and implement engaging event experiences : Develop innovative and immersive event concepts that align with corporate objectives, ensuring a memorable and impactful experience for attendees through creative use of technology, decor, and interactive elements.
- Communication : Prepare and distribute event-related communications, including invitations, agendas, and follow-up materials.
