Customer Order Specialist

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Support customers in navigating our products and services, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the call center system.
• Assist in training new team members on best practices in customer support.

Experience

• Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably within a call center environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
• Proficient in analyzing information to resolve problems efficiently.
• A commitment to providing high-quality customer service and support.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or similar software is a plus.
