Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain server environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Implement and oversee system architecture for various applications.
- Configure and manage RAID controllers for data redundancy and performance.
- Develop and maintain APIs to facilitate integration between systems.
- Monitor and manage firewall configurations to ensure network security.
- Utilize Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot issues related to servers, networks, and applications.
- Collaborate with development teams on system design and architecture improvements.
- Write scripts in JavaScript to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in IT security protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role in managing IT systems.
- Strong knowledge of server management, system design, and architecture principles.
- Familiarity with RAID controller configurations and management.
- Experience with API development and integration.
- Proficiency in firewall management and network security practices.
- Understanding of Jenkins for CI/CD processes is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of JavaScript for scripting tasks is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
