As a Temporary Human Resources Coordinator in HR Shared Services, you will provide administrative support for human resource operations and full cycle employment activities, including filing, making packets, answering phones, hosting online meetings, entering data into various HRIS' . You will manage confidential employment records and provide excellent customer service to employees and the public, resolving any HR questions they may have. Acts as first point of contact for HR related questions.
This position is hours per week M-F, % onsite in Everett, WA

Job Summary As a Human Resources Coordinator in HR Shared Services, you will provide administrative support for human resource operations and full cycle employment activities . You will manage confidential employment records and provide excellent customer service to employees and the public, resolving any HR questions they may have. Acts as first point of contact for HR related questions. Job Duties Frequency Band Support recruitment and onboarding efforts :
- Schedule interviews and intake meetings
- Enter data into Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Collaborate with internal partners to extend job offers
- Communicate status updates to applicants
- Schedule and deliver tests for safety sensitive positions and process drug and alcohol program documents
- Present at information sessions and other assigned meetings
- Manage and monitor contingencies like background checks, driving records, references, drug and alcohol requirements, etc.
- Acts as a panelist for candidate interviews
- Administers candidate assessment process, including acting as liaison with vendor, communicating results to individuals and managing tracking and reporting requirements.
Daily Maintain department files and process personnel records that are confidential and sensitive in nature. Processing various other HR related programs. Making information packets. %
Daily Provide customer service to employees, candidates, and the general public. Reply to any HR-related inquiries in a timely, professional, and welcoming manner. Answering phones and emails.
Daily Perform other duties of a similar nature, as assigned. %
Weekly Minimum Qualifications
An equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the job duties is also accepted.

Working Conditions % of your work will be performed in an office environment and requires you to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. You will be required to move throughout and between different office buildings. You may also need to complete tasks in noisy environments.
