Family Services Specialist I

Ability to complete intake assessment for Adult Protective Services report; Investigate Adult Protective Services referrals within policy requirements; Assess client's risk factors, physical and psychological capacity with the Uniform Assessment Instrument (UAI} to determine client's service and related financial needs.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in a human services field (social work, counseling, gerontology, guidance and counseling, family and child development, psychology or sociology) and three (3) years of experience in a human services field ;
