Quality Control :
Inspect printed garments for color accuracy, design placement, and overall quality.
Identify and document defects, ensuring all products meet established quality standards.
Process Monitoring :
Monitor the garment printing process to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality specifications.
Collaborate with printing operators to address and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
Documentation :
Maintain detailed records of inspections, quality reports, and corrective actions.
Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance quality and streamline production processes.
Collaboration :
Partner with the Operations Team to ensure quality standards are upheld throughout the printing process.
Requirements :
Previous experience in textile factories, printing companies, or similar environments.
Proven experience in garment quality control or related roles.
Strong understanding of garment printing and packaging processes.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic mathematical operations.
