Position Overview
We are seeking a Product Integrity Printing Inspection Lead with expertise in digital printing on the garment to ensure the highest standards of quality and integrity in our products. This role is crucial in maintaining product consistency, overseeing quality checks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our printing processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Assurance
o Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and specifications.
o Develop and implement quality control procedures.
2. Process Improvement
o Identify areas for improvement in printing processes to enhance product quality and efficiency.
o Collaborate with the production team to implement best practices.
3. Collaboration
o Work closely with production and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on product standards.
o Facilitate cross-departmental meetings to discuss quality issues and improvements.
4. Documentation
o Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality assessments.
o Provide detailed reports to management for review and decision-making.
5. Training
o Assist in training team members on best practices in product integrity and printing techniques.
o Develop training materials and conduct workshops as needed.
6. Problem-Solving
o Address any quality issues that arise during production, collaborating with relevant teams to find effective solutions.

Qualifications :
- Experience : in product integrity or quality assurance within the printing industry.
- Certifications : Preferred certifications in quality management, such as Six Sigma or ISO 9001.
- Technical Skills : Comprehensive understanding of printing processes, materials, and technologies.
