The Manufacturing Human Resources Director oversees the HR functions within a manufacturing environment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with labor laws. This role involves strategic planning, talent management, employee relations, and policy development to support a productive and positive workplace.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. Ensure the development and retention of top talent
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Implement performance management systems to evaluate and enhance employee performance.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR legislation.
- Design and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to senior management. Use data to inform HR strategies and decisions.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that support business goals and promote a positive work environment.
