Your Role as a BCBA:
As a BCBA, you will work closely with our expert team to create individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans to encourage growth and progress for the children and families we serve.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments (VBMAPP, Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS-R, etc.) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide at-home, school, and/or on-site services as needed
- Monitor progress and modify goals and interventions to ensure positive change
- Train and supervise paraprofessionals (RBTs, BCaBAs) to ensure high-quality care
- Collaborate with families to provide training and support
- Work closely with schools and other therapies (ST, OT, PT, etc.) as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and submit reports/treatment plans in a timely manner
What We’re Looking For:
- BCBA Certification (or eligibility to sit for the certification exam)
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication
- Team Player Mentality: Ability to collaborate effectively with others
- Valid driver’s license required
