Your Role as a BCBA:
- Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS-R, etc.)
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide at-home, school, and on-site services as needed
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Train and supervise RBTs and BCaBAs to ensure the highest quality care
- Work closely with families, schools, and other therapies (OT, PT, ST)
- Maintain accurate documentation and submit timely reports
What We’re Looking For:
- BCBA Certification (or eligibility to sit for the exam)
- Strong Communication Skills (both verbal & written)
- Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation
- A Team Player Who Works Well with Others
