Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join their newest facility in Concord, NC!

We are serving the Substance Abuse and Mental Health population with Detox and Residential services starting with 32 beds and phasing up to 80 total beds.

Salary: 65k - 70k per year

Schedule: Full Time Monday - Friday w/ Benefits

Requirements: Masters Level Counseling Licensure within NC. LCSW, LCMHC, LCAS

Summary: Responsible for facilitating and supervision of all clinical services for program as outlined by facility standards and in accordance with clinical philosophy of program.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Assess potential clients for the appropriate level of care requirements and diagnose as appropriate.
• Assists the counselors in the development of the treatment plans.
• Facilitates treatment team meetings and participates in case consults.
• Provides individual and group supervision to the counselors and other staff as assigned.
• Maintains caseload as needed.
• Assists the facility leadership in developing new programs for the facility.
• Clerical duties as required for maintenance of client files.
• Listens to clients concerning all areas of treatment.
• Maintains safe, orderly and therapeutic environment for clients including crisis intervention.
• Ensures clinical program occurs daily as scheduled.
• Completion of all required trainings as designated by the company and accreditation/licensing entities.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Day-to-Day supervision and training of clinical department staff.
  
  

Required Qualifications

Education, Licensure, & Experience

• Master’s Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling
• Master’s level licensure: Marriage and family therapy, social work, professional counseling
• Chemical Dependency programs may also accept: High school Diploma/GED, Associates Degree, Bachelor’s Degree with a fully licensed CADC
• Preferred experience in within the mental health/ trauma, eating disorder, and substance use domains.
