Job Title : Utility Account Representative I (43678)
Job Locations : 2809 S. Lynnhaven Road Suite 250, Virginia Beach, VA 23452
Schedule : 40 Hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm
Payrate : $18.91 / hourly
Job Duties :
- Duties include answering customer queries by phone and email.
- Researching and updating property ownership related to deeds, lists of heirs, and estate records.
- Navigating various applications for research.
- Identifying and correcting billing errors using established procedures with high levels of accuracy.
- Assisting staff with Stormwater inquiries.
