- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records in our database.
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to create a positive customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with the call center team to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly over the phone.
