This position reports to
HSE Manager
Your role and responsibilities
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through various projects. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education / employment opportunities. The work model for the role is onsite in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. You will be mainly accountable for :
- Identifying and improving safety at the site through use of technology, work cell redesign, improved ergonomics, and other means.
- Perform tracking and trending with regards to reported data.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives.
- Audit / review management system elements.
- Aid in Management of Change (MOC).
- Work with area leaders and process experts to perform and update Risk Assessments.
- Generate and deliver monthly reports and presentations regarding Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
- Aid in environmental waste management.
- Deliver and develop training.

This position is expected to pay between $20 - $34 per hour.
