Key Responsibilities:
Audit & Compliance Management:
- Develop and oversee internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with EHSQ standards and certifications such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
- Identify risks and non-conformances, prepare detailed reports, and track corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
Quality Assurance & Product Reliability:
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure products meet specifications for quality, functionality, and reliability.
- Set and communicate quality standards for products and services, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
- Coordinate and participate in product testing to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Analyze recurring quality concerns, defects, or inefficiencies, implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with product development teams to incorporate feedback and improve overall product quality.
Environmental, Health & Safety Compliance:
- Inspect facilities and processes to identify environmental, health, and safety risks, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and audits to create a safe and compliant workplace.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local EHSQ regulations and guidelines.
- Ensure Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) availability and maintain proper documentation for hazardous materials.
- Monitor employee exposure to hazardous materials, ensuring proper controls and record-keeping.
Safety Training & Culture Development:
- Prepare and conduct training programs on workplace safety, emergency protocols, and compliance procedures.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) programs to enhance organizational safety culture.
Continuous Improvement & Reporting:
- Track and analyze EHSQ performance metrics, identify trends, and implement improvement initiatives.
- Draft detailed inspection and audit reports, documenting findings and corrective actions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage a team of Quality and EHS Coordinators to effectively implement EHSQ policies.
- Oversee daily operations of the quality department, ensuring efficiency and timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and facilitate professional development.
- Manage disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with company policies.
- Lead and mentor audit teams, provide training on audit procedures, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field (required).
- 3-5 years of experience in quality management and environmental, health, and safety, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Certifications in quality management or safety (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO, OSHA) are desirable.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.
