Occupational Safety, Health and Environment Coordinator

Join a growing company! Tulsa Manufacturing Company is hiring an experienced OHSE Coordinator to lead health, safety, and environmental efforts across the facility.

What You’ll Do:

• Promote a safe and healthy work environment and ensure compliance with safety and environmental laws.
• Track and report incidents, conduct investigations, and help prevent future accidents.
• Manage programs for pollution control, waste, and sustainability.
• Perform risk and impact assessments and lead inspections and audits.
• Maintain safety systems and lead training for staff on safety protocols.
• Communicate with leadership and the parent company on safety performance and improvements.

What You’ll Need:

• Bilingual in English & Spanish.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Associate’s degree in Science/Engineering preferred.
• 3 years of OHSE experience in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with OSHA, ISO standards, and Microsoft Office.
• Bonus: Experience with Lean Manufacturing or ISO 45001.
