Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will contribute significantly to technology and product development projects by identifying and implementing innovative solutions. You will use your technical knowledge to oversee development tasks and to contribute to strategic technology plans and the project portfolio. The work model for the role is onsite with a flexible work schedule. This role is contributing to the Process Automation Measurement & Analytics division in Bartlesville, OK. Relocation assistance is eligible for this role.
You will be mainly accountable for :
- Solving complex industrial problems, and reviewing current technologies to choose effective applications, equipment and methods for new products or software.
- Leading architectural decisions on Embedded Products by evaluating technical and business trade-offs.
- Managing the whole SW development life cycle (SDLC) of embedded software : Requirements engineering, design, implementation, testing including final system testing and maintenance.
- Performing a variety of complex technology / engineering assignments, typically utilizing advanced, innovative techniques.
- Training junior team members when needed and participating in projects.
- Collaborating well with R&D teams to deliver product releases on time, with good quality.
- Aligning with manager (time, cost, quality) and completing project deliverables.
- Keeping up to date with technologies, tools and methods, and implementing initiatives to improve operations and customer satisfaction.
- Providing expert assistance for projects and colleagues, acting as a mentor and disseminating lessons learned.
- Developing project IP strategies, as well as identifying and managing risks in R&D projects.

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $117,215 and $158,500 annually and is eligible for an annual incentive plan / annual bonus.
