This position reports to
Maintenance Manager
Your role and responsibilities
Directs workers engaged in both reactive and preventive maintenance tasks. Communicates daily on the tasks performed over the course of their shift. Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies. Inspects completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards. Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations. Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules. Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems. Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals. Maintains time and production records. Confers with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments. Performs activities of workers supervised. Coordinates with facility contractors to perform task. Manages the facility waste streams, both solid waste and recyclables. Coordinates wastewater activities with the wastewater techs and operations. This position works 10 hour shifts Monday - Thursday, with OT as needed to meet customer demand. * This is a Safety Sensitive position under the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment of 2016.
