About the Opportunity
This pivotal role involves identifying key drivers of customer business environments and interpreting their impact on ABB. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the electrical division's core portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and propose sales targets for accounts, ensuring achievement through structured follow-up processes.
- Sell products/solutions/services to customers with a focus on volume, mix, and profitability targets representing the whole ABB group.
- Create added value for both customers and ABB by implementing a coordinated sales approach.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a relevant sales or account management position.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in designing and executing commercial plans and strategies.
- Good understanding of the SEAM Core Portfolio, primarily Arc Flash, Infrared, Preventative Maintenance, and Renewables.
- Proven track record in designing and deploying marketing strategies and/or leading and closing sales deals.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and build organizational capabilities, robust systems, and processes, as well as a culture of high performance/excellence in marketing and sales.
- Excellent leadership and people development skills, along with relevant and successful change management experience.
- Bachelor's or master's degree preferred in Engineering or Business Administration.
