Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Process Optimization Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of ERP systems, SAP experience in SD, PP, MM modules, and a proven track record of performing project lead and/or change management roles for mid to large-size projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and track rollout plans to ensure user adoption, business case realization, and management support.
- Collaborate with Information Systems (IS) and Application Owners to ensure that processes are supported by the right applications.
- Develop and implement process improvements to drive business results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required with 6 years of related experience or other combination of education and experience.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, SAP experience in SD, PP, MM modules.
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA preferred.
- Proven track record of performing project lead and/or change management roles for mid to large-size projects.
