Transform Global Business Processes:
Join us as a Business Process Manager and play a key role in transforming global and integrated end-to-end business processes. In this dynamic role, you will act as a liaison between business and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment. You will analyze and synthesize information from various stakeholders to identify actual needs and develop a Business Analysis strategy aligned with business objectives. You will manage and oversee business improvement projects, creating and maintaining Business Analysis procedures, ensuring they are executed and auditable.
Key Performance Indicators:
* Successful implementation of business improvement projects.
* Development and execution of Business Analysis strategy aligned with business objectives.
* Maintenance of strong relationships with PMO, risk managers, and key stakeholders.
What We Look For:
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science required.
* 4 year accredited degree and 8 years of experience within Computer Science related role, or 12 years of same experience without degree.
* Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, SAP preferred.
* Proven track record of performing project lead and/or change management role for mid to large size projects.
* Experience configuring and troubleshooting applications within the ERP and system landscape environment preferred.
* Experience with materials management and production control preferred.
* Broad and deep knowledge of theories, tools and practices in business improvement projects and change management activities.
* Availability to travel up to 50%, some international travel required.
