Your Role as a Business Process Transformation Leader
You will be responsible for leading the charge in transforming global and integrated end-to-end business processes, guiding the Business Process Owner and IS team to implement cutting-edge business process application solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Liaison Function: Act as a liaison between business and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Information Gathering: Analyze and synthesize information from various stakeholders to identify actual needs.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a Business Analysis strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Project Management: Manage and oversee business improvement projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Degree Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science required. Alternatively, 4 years of experience within Computer Science related roles or 12 years of same experience without degree.
- Technical Expertise: Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, SAP preferred.
- Professional Experience: Proven track record of performing project lead and/or change management role for mid to large size projects.
- Certifications and Training: Broad and deep knowledge of theories, tools, and practices in business improvement projects and change management activities.
