About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Manager to join our team at ABB. As a Business Process Manager, you will play a critical role in transforming global and integrated end-to-end business processes.
As a key member of our team, you will lead the charge in guiding the Business Process Owner and IS team to implement cutting-edge business process application solutions.
You will collaborate closely with all process stakeholders, driving innovation and excellence at every turn.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Liaison between Business and IT: Ensure clear communication and alignment between business and IT teams.
- Information Analysis: Analyze and synthesize information from various stakeholders to identify actual needs.
- Business Analysis Strategy: Develop and execute a Business Analysis strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Project Management: Manage and oversee business improvement projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Procedure Development: Create and maintain Business Analysis procedures, ensuring they are executed and auditable.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with PMO, risk managers, and key stakeholders for effective project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree: In Computer Science required.
- Experience: 4-year accredited degree and 8 years of experience within Computer Science related role, or 12 years of same experience without degree.
- ERP Systems: Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, SAP preferred.
- Project Lead Experience: Proven track record of performing project lead and/or change management role for mid to large size projects.
- Application Configuration: Experience configuring and troubleshooting applications within the ERP and system landscape environment preferred.
- Materials Management: Experience with materials management and production control preferred.
- Change Management: Broad and deep knowledge of theories, tools and practices in business improvement projects and change management activities.
- Travel Requirements: Availability to travel up to 50%, some international travel required.
- Work Authorization: Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
