Maintenance Manager
Your role and responsibilities
1. The Facilities Worker is a member of the Facilities Maintenance organization whose primary function is as follows; cleans and maintains aesthetic appearance of all building spaces by vacuuming, Mopping, Dusting and Washing including but not limited to :
- Rest rooms
- Kitchen space
- Break rooms
- Office spaces
- Conference rooms 2. Replenishes facility supplies such as Toilet tissue, Paper towels and Room deodorizers. Collects and disposes of refuse from all receptacles within our facility and recycling bins and transports to collection dumpsters. 3. Conducts special cleaning operations as necessary to keep facility carpets and floors in an aesthetically proper appearance. This includes spot treatment of carpeting and providing oversight of contracted outside services for carpet cleaning of other special services. 4. Operates the shop floor scrubbing equipment as necessary during times of absence of grounds personnel. 5. Supports and participates in the preparation, execution, and cleanup of special recognition events such as safety milestone luncheons. 6. All other duties as assigned.
