Our Business Line Analytical team is seeking a Marketing and Communications Specialist for the Business Line Analytical. Aligned with the business strategy, the role of Marketing & Communications Specialist is to propose, develop and implement communication plans and messages – including product launches, internal communications, web content, trade shows, campaigns, external communications and direct marketing – to raise awareness, generate leads, establish customer loyalty and educate and inform stakeholders, in close collaboration with the Marketing & Communications Leader Americas.
Reporting directly to the Global Communications & Marketing Manager BL Analytical and functionally to the Marketing & Communications Leader Americas, you will ensure executional excellence for all communications measures in line with brand positioning, corporate identity / design guidelines and global strategy.

Your responsibilities
- Working closely with the Analytical sales and service teams, supporting them by managing all external (shows, campaigns, sales support literature, documentation etc.) and internal (organizational announcements etc.) marketing activities
- Propose and implement a communications plan for BL Analytical in the Americas region
- Create and maintain all local marketing material, sales support literature, brochures, white papers, web pages, interactive demos, videos etc.
- Work with the global communications team to ensure local awareness
- Willingness to travel (20-25%) to trade shows in the US, as per business requirements
- Help support in creating creative concepts and campaigns related to all communication vehicles
- Write articles on success stories and other product related news for our internal ABB platforms to inform, engage and inspire colleagues
- Support with (virtual) events, such as global calls, webinars etc., as needed
