You will be mainly accountable for:
- Preventive maintenance, installation, corrective service and telephone/remote access support of laboratory and production process testing instruments.
- Service activities must be performed within established ISO certified policies and procedures and documented accordingly.
Key qualifications for this role include:
- An Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field and 8 years of related work/military experience required. Alternatively, a High School Diploma and 10 years of related work/military experience are also acceptable.
- Network support, Computer repair, and OS restoration as well as software configuration are preferred.
- Experience using calibration and electronic test equipment is desired.
- General software knowledge is essential (Win10, MS Office365).
- The ability to work overtime as necessary to meet customer needs.
- Able to travel domestically and internationally 65% of the time.
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
