In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Executing service work as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB quality and safety guidelines.
- Delivering quality customer service planning and executing service work as per customer order and expectation.
- Ensuring customer retention by effectively communicating service work timeline and expectations.
- Acting as trainer when needed, for field service associates and customers.
