Job Description
MWResource, Inc. is seeking a skilled GIS Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will perform all aspects of GIS work closure and mapping activities under general supervision.
This includes performing administrative support activities of various degrees of complexity, such as:
- Performing and completing 'As Built' design changes for construction and confirming work requests and post updates to Smallworld GIS.
- Checking construction and retirement orders together with their completion reports in the field against the actual installations and retirements of equipment.
- Performing and completing all types of Data Model changes and map/drawing changes.
The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of GIS systems and procedures, as well as experience working with MS Office applications.
