Accountable for defining and implementing sales and marketing strategies for the assigned area. Proactively leads, develops, and coaches the Marketing and Sales function and manages the marketing and sales action plans to achieve the key qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way and to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.

Your role and responsibilities
Accountable for defining and implementing sales and marketing strategies for the assigned area. Proactively leads, develops, and coaches the Marketing and Sales function and manages the marketing and sales action plans to achieve the key qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way and to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Creating, planning, and implementing the marketing and sales mission, vision, and strategy, along with the budget and efficiency targets for the assigned area.
- Leading the definition of the assigned division and area footprint (market presence, execution standards, and delivery model).
- Overseeing the assigned teams that identify, monitor, and maintain/exceed the sales market price levels and evaluating the pricing impact on the results with the Product Management team.
- Defining key marketing and sales targets (e.g., volume, prices, portfolio mix) and establishing appropriate metrics and measurement tools to monitor performance.
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 15 years of experience in industrial motor sales at a large multination-al company dealing with customers in multiple countries and locations with 10 years of experience leading large sales teams across multiple locations
- Demonstrated capability in developing successful market strategies across regions and understanding of relevant markets, customers and competition
- Strong global business financial acumen with a proven record in execution of defined strategic initiatives
- Preferred Experience Includes:
- Portfolio Management - Business / Go-to-market Strategy, Customer Experience Success, Regula-tion & Legal Compliance, Pricing Excellence, Budget & Performance Targets, Solution/Application Sales Engineering, Channel Sales
- Travel required – approximately 50%
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
