Job Summary

Strong administrative assistant/secretarial (usure of the term to use here/probably is a different term for this) skills and experience as well as superior writing and computer skills (MS Office Suite) required. Must have the ability to successfully interact with customers, donors and volunteers. Ability to perform administrative/secretarial duties to include meeting organization and planning, minute taking and data entry required. Excellent multitasking skills, ability to work well under limited supervision and adapt to frequently changing priorities as well as superb attention to detail a must. Desktop publishing (Publisher and Adobe Suite), photography and video editing experience a plus. Basic understanding of management of online and digital presence to include social media, website and intranets a plus. Ability to navigate social media platforms important.

Physical Requirement/Working Conditions

Sitting for extended periods of time, transcribing phone messages and keyboard entry are required. The ability to multitask and work under stressful and time sensitive conditions are also required. Employee must have the ability push pull lift and carry 25#'s in order to assist in setting up fundraising and other community events.
