* Experience managing and leasing apartments.
* Manage time and multiple projects efficiently.
* Work with minimal supervision.

* Effectively resolve conflict and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Meet deadlines and prioritize assignments.
* Experience with Yardi property management system is preferred, but not required.
* Highly motivated and goal oriented.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Full-time position.
