Specific Duties
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Payroll Processing
- Maintain Financial Records
- Bank Reconciliation
- Utility Tracking
- Vendor Contract Tracking
- Analyze Income & Expense Reports and make sure we meet or exceed budgets and look for opportunities to reduce Expenses
- Analyze Expenses to look for opportunities to save money
- Assist in Development of Budgets
- Prepare Monthly Financial Reports
- Other Duties as Assigned
General Responsibilities
- Complete Specific Duties in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure that precautions are taken to provide security and confidentiality
Qualifications
- 3 or more years of bookkeeping experience preferred
- Strong organizational and financial skills required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience and understanding of Google Drive and Google Sheets
- Ability to work with others and understand opposing positions
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Drivers License and Reliable Transportation
Experience
- Bookkeeping: 3 years (Preferred)
- Google Drive: 2 years (Preferred)
- Google Sheets: 2 years (Preferred)
Schedule
- Should be Typical Monday – Friday
- Must complete Responsibilities as intended by the agreed or expected timeline
