Position Overview :
We are seeking a Logistics Analyst - Medical Event Planner to lead the planning and execution of key events within the medical device and healthcare industry. This role is critical in increasing awareness and engagement with patients and healthcare professionals (HCPs) to drive the consideration and adoption of Heart Failure solutions. The selected candidate will work closely with vendors, manage event logistics, coordinate attendee registrations, and secure appropriate venues to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategically plan and execute medical events to enhance patient and HCP engagement.
- Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, housing, and attendee registration.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service quality.
- Ensure all events comply with healthcare regulations, including the Sunshine Act and other industry-specific compliance requirements.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability.
- Utilize event management tools and software to streamline planning and execution.
