Key Responsibilities
- Strategically plan and execute medical events to enhance patient and HCP engagement.
- Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, housing, and attendee registration.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service quality.
- Ensure all events comply with healthcare regulations, including the Sunshine Act and other industry-specific compliance requirements.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability.
- Utilize event management tools and software to streamline planning and execution.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in medical event planning within the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with event management software and tools.
- Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of industry-specific regulations and legal requirements.
- Vendor & Budget Management: Proven ability to oversee vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage event budgets effectively.
