Position Overview :
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations and process improvements for a new ablation catheter product launch. This role involves hands-on work with electrical, magnetic, and mechanical product assembly while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, troubleshoot equipment, and improve yield.
Key Responsibilities :
- Evaluate and support production equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing processes and equipment, addressing operator escalations.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and yield.
- Conduct process validation, generate reports, and modify manufacturing documentation.
- Work hands-on with production, including scrap dissections, catheter assembly, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Utilize Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Suite tools for documentation and analysis.
- Define and take corrective actions based on production challenges.
- Foster strong relationships with operators and team members, ensuring smooth operations on the production floor.
