Abbott Point of Care has an exciting opportunity for an Implementation Support Specialist (ISS) .
The ISS will be a part of a dynamic field support service team responsible for driving the successful implementation and verification of our products within Hospitals within assigned geographical regions. Key responsibilities will include collaborating with lead IPMs, providing best-in-class execution of implementation activities and tasks to support the company's portfolio of products, and engaging with key personnel to restructure customer processes to facilitate patient better care with the company's products. You will continue Abbott’s 130 year tradition of bringing new products and technologies to the world that create more possibilities for more people at all stages of life.
WHAT YOU DO
- Implementation Support : Coordinate and execute Performance Verifications, End User Training, and Go Live Support within an implementation case.
- Administrative Tasks : Ensure all administrative tasks are completed promptly and accurately, including updating project notes and milestone dates in Summit, expense reporting, and other necessary items.
- Customer Relationship Management : Understand customer needs, build relationships with key stakeholders within accounts, and articulate the benefits of point-of-care testing.
- Product Knowledge : Demonstrate a thorough understanding of key product attributes and conduct product demonstrations.
