Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to join our team as a Technical Writer - II. This is an entry-level position, requiring 0-2 years of overall experience.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and strong writing skills. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality technical documents, such as user manuals, guides, and knowledge base articles.
You will work closely with software engineers, security engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and develop documentation that meets the needs of our users.
This role involves daily interaction with Security Engineering peers and Manager, as well as regular interaction with Product Security Project Managers. You will also be responsible for cross-team Jira ticket refinement and supporting concurrent multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting as a technical expert - software engineer, security engineer, red teaming competitions wins, etc.
- Experience supporting concurrent multiple projects
- Daily interaction with Security Engineering peers Manager
- Regular interaction with Product Security Project Managers
- Daily tasks will vary depending on priorities
- Cross team Jira ticket refinement
