What You’ll Do
- Financial Analysis: Learn to evaluate financial statements, tax returns, and cash flow to assess creditworthiness for commercial and agricultural loans.
- Risk Assessment: Assist in identifying potential credit risks, recommending loan structures, and ensuring compliance with lending policies.
- Portfolio Monitoring: Help track financial trends, maintain financial document checklists, and assist lenders in collecting borrower information.
- Loan Documentation: Ensure accurate loan records and collaborate with lenders to maintain complete documentation.
- Compliance & Reporting: Support the team by ordering and analyzing appraisals, preparing credit reports, and assisting with loan committee meetings.
