Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our organization adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Monitor and assess compliance with FDA regulations
- Oversee compliance with DHS requirements
- Conduct research on regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Manage compliance activities
- Coordinate quality assurance activities
- Lead compliance projects and initiatives
- Coordinate ABC CARES program
- Facility trainer

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
-Able to obtain Director credential
- Experienced with Stars program and able to lead the team to a star 4 level
- Experienced and able to teach DHS/Stars and other license body requirements
- Able to fill in the class when urgent
- On-call and member of the management team
- Lead weekend manager in charge
- Proven experience in compliance management, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting
- Familiarity with project management principles
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, especially FDA regulations
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay: $16.59 - $22.48 per hour
