Job Title: Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst (FP&A)
Reports To: Director of Financial Planning and Analysis
Location: 17469 W Colonial Dr / Winter Garden, FL 34787 (Onsite Position)
Overview:
As the Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), you will support the Director of Finance & Planning by optimizing financial performance and providing actionable insights. You’ll manage forecasts, budgets, financial analysis, and treasury functions, guiding strategic decision-making to achieve financial goals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA/CPA preferred).
- 5 years of experience in FP&A, treasury management, and analytics.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI for data visualization.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial modeling.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex data.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting financial information.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans.
- Provide in-depth analysis of financial performance and key metrics.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Act as a liaison between finance and operational teams.
- Develop financial models for business initiatives.
- Automate reporting processes for consistency and accuracy.
Cash Flow Management:
- Create and maintain cash flow models to support planning.
- Identify risks related to currency, interest rates, and credit.
- Report on cash flow trends and variances.
Financial Reporting and Compliance:
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Manage the annual audit process and compliance with standards.
- Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices.
Tax Compliance:
- Coordinate with external CPAs for tax filings and strategies.
- Analyze and resolve sales tax issues for compliance.
Additional Duties:
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to frequently move items weighing at least 10 pounds
- Must be able to remain in a stationary positions for long periods of time
- Infrequently positions self and move about in the office area
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, printer, etc.
