We are looking for a Customer Service Representatives with an eye for creativity, attention to detail and a strong work ethic. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer requests and communicating clearly throughout the print process.
Responsibilities:
- Answering customer requests and documenting their desires
- Organizing jobs that need to be processed and working with the production team to ensure jobs are being completed
- Provide recommendations to customers based on your observations
- Create quotes and invoices for customers and process payment
- Be friendly and patient with customers in a retail setting
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
