This role requires effective communication skills, leadership abilities, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and software. *Responsibilities* - Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. - Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. - Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and HeavyBid for project tracking and documentation. - Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during the construction process. - Prepare and manage project schedules, ensuring that all milestones are met according to contract specifications. - Implement quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle to maintain high standards of workmanship. - Oversee the estimating process for new projects, ensuring accurate bids and resource allocation. - Maintain clear communication with project owners regarding timelines, changes, and any potential delays. - Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter for electrical inspections as needed during the construction phase. *Qualifications* - Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry. - Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices. - Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and tools. - Proficiency in using construction management software including ProCore and HeavyBid. - Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead teams effectively. - Strong organizational skills with experience in project scheduling and contract management. - Knowledge of pipeline construction processes is a plus. - Ability to perform quality control checks and ensure compliance with industry standards.
