Job Description
Are you ready to shape the future of fitness? ABC Fitness is seeking an experienced Engineering Leader to drive the strategy and development of our extensive mobile and web ecosystem. This includes our industry-leading fitness platform, Trainerize, as well as our custom branded applications in Ignite and Glofox. ABC Trainerize is a highly rated, industry leading platform used by personal trainers and clubs in the fitness industry to connect with their clients. Our member facing applications allow members to interface with their gym membership and manage classes, club entry, payments, and more.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Be a Strong Technologist : Drive unification of the technology that underpins all the ABC mobile ecosystems.
- Lead with Example : Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and collaborative organization.
- Create High Functioning Teams : Set ambitious goals and guide your leaders and team members to achieve them.
- Drive Product Innovation : Work with the product team, team leads, subject matter experts, and peers to create innovative solutions through a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Salaries are based upon candidate experience, qualifications, and location, as well as market and business considerations. Our pay range for U.S. based candidates for this position is $204,301 $249,000 USD annually. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses and commissions.

Our pay range for Canada based candidates for this position is $233,751 $290,808 CAD annually.
