This is a unique opportunity with a multi-disciplinary firm looking for a VP of Civil Engineering . This company is well-established in the Midwest and has been in business for over 50 years.
This role is a Civil Engineering position and will involve overseeing the entire Civil department. Must have a background in engineer!
What they are looking for :
- Bachelor's degree in engineering required
- Masters degree preferred
- 15 years of experience in civil engineering, project management or senior leadership
- PE required
- This person must have experience leading teams, ability to meet confidently with clients, and experience overseeing all aspects of projects.
- Must have a proven track record of meeting deadlines and completing projects in a timely manner
- Business development skills required
- Ability to run and office
