Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Handle front desk duties including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
- Manage vendor relationships.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, creating proposal and quotes.
- Order Entry
- Communicate essential information to and from customers to appropriate persons.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in vendor management is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- High school diploma
